Drink this up to 3 times every week until you start to see it work. This will improve the quality of your skin by making it more elastic and help reduce the appearance of cellulite spots. Apple Cider Vinegar tastes very strongly so be warned, you will need to guzzle this down. You can add honey or other sweetener to try and mask the taste (try using no calorie sweetener!).

  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 8 Ounces Cold Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey (or artificial sweeteners)
Instructions
  1. Put the apple cider vinegar into a class
  2. Add very cold water
  3. Mix it completely
  4. Add sweetener to mask the taste
