Instructions
Cook the ground beef until it is fully brown in a medium skillet. Since you are using a fattier meat, drain off the remaining liquid.
Add your green peppers, garlic, and onions to the pan and cook them for 5 minutes until the veggies are completely tender and dripping with flavor.
Mix in your seasonings as well as the reduced sugar ketchup and tomato sauce. Mix it up and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Add more seasonings if you like a stronger taste.
Put the sloppy joes on your leaves and load them up with some cheese. Enjoy!
