Easy Low Carb Spinach/Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 1.5 Pounds Spinach
  • 1 Can Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 Brick Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic
  • Salt
  • Optional: 1-3 Tablespoons Dehydrated Onions
Instructions
  1. In a deep pot, add your butter over low/medium heat and cook down all of your spinach.
  2. Remove the water from the spinach and add it back to the pot.
  3. Add your chopped up artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, and optional onions. Mix and cook for 2-5 minutes.
  4. Add the cream cheese in small cubes. Mix until your dip is smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
